Cancellation Policy
NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY Late Cancellations (within 72 hours): - You will forfeit your deposit, and your card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. No-Shows (no notice): - You will forfeit your deposit, and your card on file will be charged 100% of the service price. Rebooking After a No-Show: -If you wish to reschedule within 30 days, 50% of your no-show fee may be applied toward your new appointment. - A new deposit will still be required to book your new appointment. Future Appointments After a No-Show: - Any future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
