Eyeliner Policies

POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

  • A $70.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment at time of booking.

  • Your deposit will be applied to your procedure fee and serves as a commitment from both parties to honor the appointment.

  • Your remaining balance will be due the day of your procedure. (CASH ONLY)

  • It is recommended to have a touch-up appointment for best results (within 6-8 weeks) or 3 months after your original procedure.

  • If you'd like, feel free to schedule your touch-up appointment once you are done booking your appointment.

RE-SCHEDULING

  • Appointments may be rescheduled within the same month (without any fees) as long as proper notice is given. Moving to another month requires a new deposit.

  • A 48-hour notice is required to re-schedule your appointment (without paying any re-scheduling fees).

    • If you re-schedule within "24-hours of your appointment", a $25.00 fee will be required upon booking your new appointment.

    • If you re-schedule "the day of your appointment", a $50.00 fee will be required upon booking your new appointment.

  • If you have re-scheduled 2 appointments already, payment in full will be due upon re-scheduling your 3rd appointment.

NO-SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS

  • Late Cancellations (within 72 hours):

    • You will forfeit your deposit, and your card on file will be charged 42% of the service price.

  • No-Shows (no notice):

    • You will forfeit your deposit, and your card on file will be charged 85% of the service price.

  • Rebooking After a No-Show:

    • If you wish to reschedule within 30 days, 50% of your no-show fee may be applied toward your new appointment.

    • A new deposit will still be required to book your new appointment.

  • Future Appointments After a No-Show:

    • Any future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

LATE ARRIVAL

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $20 late fee will be added to your procedure cost.

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be necessary to re-schedule AND a $30 late fee will be added to your procedure cost.

  • If you DO NOT re-schedule within 24-hours after your appointment, you will lose your deposit and future bookings will require another $70.00 deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Please understand that being late affects not only me, but other clients as well. 

ADDITIONAL

  • No children are allowed in the procedure room.

  • You are limited to 1 guest in the procedure room.

  • Pictures and videos will be taken during your procedure to be used for marketing purposes on social media.

  • If you show up to your appointment and have a previous cosmetic tattoo that I was not aware of, I may deny you as a client.

  • Please note that these policies are in place to better the integrity of the business. Thank you for understanding.
