What is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate Marketing is when an affiliate (an individual or company) refers/promotes a product (or service) by sharing it on their personal/company blog, social media platform, podcast, or website.

In return, the affiliate will earn a commission each time someone makes a purchase (or booking) using the affiliate's referral link.

Hello potential affiliate marketers! My name is Cristyn, and I am the owner of a small-black owned permanent makeup business called The Labrowatory Miami. At my studio, I offer semi-permanent cosmetic tattoos to enhance my client’s eyebrows. This procedure can replace brow tinting but does not replace brow hair removal of any sort (i.e., threading, waxing, tweezing).
I am looking to increase my clientele and expand my business. This is why I created an affiliate marketing program for my business. Anyone can be an affiliate marketer (or as some companies call it brand ambassadors). However, those who have businesses in the cosmetic field (i.e., lash tech, nail tech, esthetician, hair stylist) are at an advantage since they already have the clientele.
All affiliates will receive $10 per client that books an appointment with me. The client has to use the affiliate’s referral link for the affiliate to earn their commission. In return, the affiliate will give the client a referral code to receive an additional $5 off at checkout. Now, I know you are wondering how do affiliates get paid!? Well, in order to get paid, after creating your profile, you must link your PayPal account to your profile. If you do not have a PayPal account, you CANNOT get paid. Creating a PayPal account is very easy and takes no time. Don’t worry, your commission will still be tracked without a PayPal account on file, but remember that you will not be able to get paid until a PayPal account is linked. Once your account is linked, payments will be sent out weekly. Pay day is every Friday evening at 5PM.
